Futsal Summer League 2024

Acknowledgment of Risk:
Participating in the FUGO Futsal League involves risks, including physical injury, emotional stress, and personal property damage. Such risks may arise from my actions or inactions, the actions or inactions of others, the condition of the facilities, or the performance of the equipment used during the event.
Waiver of Liability:
By participating in the FUGO Futsal League, I at this moment release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue the organizers, sponsors, promoters, participants, hosting facilities, league members, and their respective agents, officers, employees, and volunteers from any liabilities, claims, demands, injuries (including death), or damages (including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages), arising out of or related to my participation in this event, including, but not limited to, those injuries and damages caused by the negligence and breach of warranty, express or implied, on the part of the Released Parties.
Indemnification:
I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties from all claims, actions, suits, procedures, costs, expenses, damages, and liabilities, including attorney’s fees, brought because of my involvement in FUGO Sports Academy and FUGO Futsal League and to reimburse them for any such expenses incurred.
Severability:
Suppose a court of law finds any portion of this waiver to be invalid or unenforceable. In that case, the remaining portions shall remain full force and effect.
Acknowledgment:
I have thoroughly read this waiver and release form, fully understand its terms, and acknowledge that I am giving up substantial rights, including my right to sue. By signing this agreement, I am doing so freely and voluntarily and intend to provide a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
